Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
All prices are shown in Mongolian Tögrög (MNT) unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and source code created by itwork.mn remain our property until full payment is made.
After payment, ownership of the deliverables will be transferred to the client as per the agreement.

You may not reuse or resell our templates, designs, or systems without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project data.
All project-related materials will be securely stored and not shared with third parties without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

itwork.mn shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services
  • Data loss caused by third-party hosting or external service providers
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., network outages, client-side delays)

9. Third-Party Services

Some of our solutions may rely on third-party tools (e.g., hosting, email, analytics).
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or performance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a contract or suspend service if:

  • The client fails to make timely payments
  • The client violates any of these terms
  • The project involves illegal or unethical activity
